Attic Conversion & Primary Suite Addition
Overview
This project focused on transforming an underutilized attic into a fully functional primary suite, adding significant livable square footage and long-term property value to the home. The scope included structural modifications, new stair access, a full bathroom addition, insulation upgrades, electrical work, and finish carpentry throughout the new space.

Key Challenges

Outcome
The project added approximately 500 square feet of usable living area, transforming previously unused space into a high-value primary suite. Beyond improving daily livability, the added square footage significantly increased the overall market value and functionality of the home.
