Triplex Renovation – Tacoma General Hospital Area – 611 MLK

This project focused on repositioning an existing triplex through targeted renovation to improve rental quality and overall performance. One unit was fully gutted and rebuilt, while the remaining units received cosmetic upgrades including new finishes, fixtures, and general improvements. Completed in approximately three months, the renovation delivered clean, functional units ready for tenants, with a clear before-and-after transformation. The project highlights an efficient approach to upgrading small multifamily properties while balancing cost, speed, and return.
