Tacoma Triplex Conversion – Brewery District

This project involved the full conversion of a single-family home into a functional, income-producing triplex. Integritas Construction managed the entire process end-to-end, including design, permitting, construction, and lease-up. The scope required reconfiguring the layout to create three independent units, upgrading systems, and bringing the property up to current code while maintaining efficiency and livability across each space. Completed over a 12-month timeline, the result is a fully stabilized multifamily asset that maximizes the utility and value of the original structure.
