Currently in permitting and planning, this project involves the renovation of an existing 1,900-square-foot home in Seattle’s Central District along with the potential development of a detached backyard dwelling unit (DADU).
The project is being designed with a focus on maximizing land utility, improving livability, and increasing long-term property value through strategic infill development.
